« Nous réclamons le paiement de nos droits légaux à la suite du licenciement qui avait été effectif en 2013. Cela fait dix ans que nous interpellons la personne morale d’IEG qui ne se manifeste pas, en la personne de Gabriel Tchango et son fils Marc Logan Tchango », s’est indigné Joe Stéphane Mbadinga.
Bien que cette affaire soit entre les mains de la justice, elle n’a pas connu de suite. « Nous avons saisi le Tribunal de Mouila. Chaque fois, son avocat fait reporter les audiences. On a également saisi le Tribunal de Port-Gentil qui, à son tour, reporte aussi les audiences. Nous réclamons notre argent », a-t-il poursuivi.
Face à cette situation, plusieurs employés tirant le diable par queue, parce que n’ayant pas pu trouver un autre emploi, ont perdu la vie. Par ailleurs, d’autres ont vu leurs familles se disloquer, parce que expulsés des maisons qu’ils occupaient.
